Trainings on Technology of Journalistic Investigations

Project on training journalists to conduct investigations on issues of corruption is implemented by the Regional Press Development Institute (RPDI) in partnership with Association of Media Lawyers (ÀML), invites journalists from all types of media outlets to take part in trainings on Technology of Journalistic Investigations. Two levels of trainings are offered– two beginner level trainings and two advanced level trainings.

Trainings will enable journalists to increase their qualification level, allow them to discuss common problems with colleagues, receive consulting services from experts. Journalists, who will take part in the trainings, will have a better chance to receive individual grants. Participation in the trainings is cost-free.

BEGINNER LEVEL TRAININGS (two-day) will be held:                           

Lviv– 13-14 March 2009

Cherkasy - 3-4 April 2009

Donetsk - 10-11 April 2009  

Simferopol - 20- 21 June 2009

Groups are formed on a competitive basis.  RPDI will inform the participants no later than -10 days before the beginning of the training. Participants from other cities will be remunerated for their travel expenses and hotel fees.
